David Wolsey Burn B.A., LL.B. Barrister and Solicitor (Lawyer)

David practices corporate and commercial law. He represents clients in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, pharmacological and health care, municipal utilities, commercial financing, insurance and telecommunications. He deals daily with legal issues that affect manufacturing and advises his corporate clientele on compliance issues both domestic and international. David manages commercial litigation in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom as instructing Solicitor. He is a director of several major corporations.

He is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1973. He is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.

Member of the Royal Canadian Military Institute, the Scarborough Golf and Country Club, The National Club and Royal Canadian Yacht Club.
