Background:

Erica Chan

Erica graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2002. She obtained her J.D. from Queen's University in 2005 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006.

Erica joined Bennett Best Burn in 2009 and practices in commercial and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Erica worked at a full service firm in Toronto and articled at a boutique civil litigation firm in the city.

Erica is fluent in Cantonese and is conversational in Mandarin. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Hong Kong Business Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
