Background:

Michael Courneyea

Michael completed his LL.B degree at the University of Windsor in 2008. Before attending law school, he graduated with High Distinction from the University of Toronto, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts Honours and Master of Arts degrees in Criminology.

Michael joined Bennett Best Burn LLP in 2009 following his call to the bar, and he currently practices civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Michael articled at a mid-size firm in downtown Toronto.

He is a member, in good standing, of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
